The short version

Two people, one crest, four nights

A lion and a water bearer, one very small dog, and four nights in a city that knows how to keep a secret.

The wedding is at a town hall in Winchester on a Monday, because Mondays are underrated and so are town halls. Everything else happens in Salem. Check in Sunday, eat and drink your way through Tuesday, say something kind at brunch on Wednesday, then leave whenever you like. There are three chances to check out. Use whichever suits your constitution.

Ruby and amethyst are the colors. Butterflies, black cats, broomsticks, crystals, one gnome, one druid, and a great deal of garden are the mood. Dress like you mean it.

Everything except the ceremony happens at or near this hotel, in the middle of Salem. Ten rooms are being held for us. That is not very many rooms, so treat this like concert tickets.

You have one job on Monday and a handful of small ones around it. The ceremony is at a town hall in Winchester, roughly a half hour from the hotel, so the party travels together and leaves earlier than everyone else.

Wear ruby or amethyst. Beyond that the couple would rather you look like yourself than match each other, so there is no assigned dress, no assigned suit, and no group order to coordinate.
